Sir: Friday was a Black Friday for my family. We were forced to call BA because our heat pump had run at least 24 hours non-stop and only blowing cold air. James arrived at the time I was told he would be here (that says something right off the bat). He came in, introduced himself with a smile (WOW someone that likes his job). He explained what he was going to do, asked directions and went outside to look at the unit. When he returned to talk to me about our problem he did so in a very professional way. He explained the problem, and took the time to explain our options. After he had done that for me, my wife came home and joined us and James explained everything to her. A lot of people would have done so but would have had the body language as to say ,"Oh crap not again." But that was not James. After we talked over our options, he called your "Comfort Expert". We talked for awhile about the knives I sell, he then went outside and brought in and introduced to us Mike Neal. Now that is a pair to draw too. LOL James left us in Mike's hands. Mike was another person who displayed his love for what he does. We took him away from his family and his dinner, but he never indicated any concern for himself, the only concern he showed was for us and that he showed us all the choices that we had. After explaining each option to us and answered all of our questions, Mike helped us pick the best unit for us. He made sure we knew the benefits of each unit. He helped us get the unit financed, and after being turned down by one company, he searched for a company that would. Mike was so professional during this, he never made us feel embarrassed about the situation. Both Mike and James made us feel like we were special, at that time we felt that we were the only client they had. They also made us feel that BA was the best choice for us in the heat and air business, not just because they were there but because how they talked about the company. You could tell how they felt about BA and it was good. After we signed the paper work Mike asked us again if we had any questions or concerns. Before he left he went over what we could expect on Saturday when the crew came to install the unit. The crew showed up right on time, one of the guys came in and introduced himself. At that time he went over everything they were going to do and if we had any questions at any time we were to ask. They started to work and work they did, in the light rain. When I was building horse barns, I would have given anything to have two guys like this working for me. These two guys worked hard and when they were finished and made sure everything was working properly, they cleaned up came in to tell us they were done, asked if we wanted to inspect the installation, aasked if we had any questions, explained the new thermostat to my wife and thanked us on behalf of your company. When they left, I told my wife that the best thing we ever did was to go with Bud Anderson to take care of our heat and air. Tim, I don't write letters like this very often because in my opinion there are not very many people out there that deserve it. EVERYONE we dealt with from your company, from James and Mike to the install crew, words alone can't express how Sue and I feel about our dealings with your people this weekend.
